30-DAY RETURNS POLICY
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase at QWERTY Gadgets we welcome you to return it for a full refund minus original shipping costs, if returned within 30 days of delivery subject to the following.
- Product must be returned within 30 days in original packaging, new, unused.
- Product must be returned at your expense.
To start your return, print this returns form; complete it and include it with the item you're returning. It's that simple.
No refunds will be accepted beyond 30 days, even if the merchandise is defective. However, we offer warranty contact information and most manufacturers we work with with offer a warranty replacement program for defective merchandise, see: WARRANTY RETURNS.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product is defective at the time of delivery, contact us and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Products that become defective under 30 days will be accepted and exchanged for the same item. We do not pay return shipping cost to return defective merchandise for exchange. However, if you ship the item back to us, we will replace the item at no charge and ship a new replacement to you free of charge. QWERTY Gadgets will employ every resource it has to ensure that your wireless accessories are in excellent condition upon arrival and if they're not, we'll replace them promptly, without hassle.
MIS-SHIPPED PRODUCTS
If you received a different item than what's listed on your packing slip, contact us and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product is damaged at the time of delivery, contact us and we will we will replace the item at no additional cost.
WARRANTY RETURNS
If your product becomes defective after 30 days of purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly. Most manufacturers we work with offer a warranty replacement program. Manufacture Warranty Support
BLACKBERRY APPS RETURNS
BlackBerry Apps are generally not returnable, so please download a trial edition of the software, if available and use it before you buy. A full refund will be granted for downloadable Apps within 30 days of purchase for:
- Defective software
- Software not received due to our error
- Duplicate Purchases

BLACKBERRY ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE, LICENSING & TECHNICAL SUPPORT (Non-Refundable)
BlackBerry Enterprise Software, Licensing and Technical Support Contracts are non-refundable once the order is placed. If you ordered the wrong license, contact us for assistance in ordering the correct license. Reimbursement for the original license will take 4-6 weeks to refund to your credit card or PayPal account.
BlackBerry Enterprise Software, Licensing & Maintenance Contracts are restricted to U.S. customers only.
