Returns Policy & Instructions
If you're not completely satisfied with your accessory purchase at QWERTYgadgets.com we welcome you to return it for a full refund (minus original shipping costs) if returned within 30 days of delivery subject to the following.
- Product must be returned within 30 days in original product packaging, unused.
- Product must be returned at your expense through a traceable means e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX.
To start your return, simply complete the Returns Form, on the reverse side of the packing slip that came with your order. Send your return item along with the Returns Form to the address located on the front of the packing slip.
Beyond our 30-day money-back guarantee, no returns for credit or refund will be accepted, even if the merchandise is defective. However, we will be happy to send warranty contact information to you at your request. For warranty satisfaction from the manufacturer see: WARRANTY RETURNS.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product is defective at the time of delivery, contact us and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
MIS-SHIPPED PRODUCTS

BlackBerry Software (BlackBerry APPs) is not returnable, so please download a trial edition of the software (if available) and use it before you buy. A full refund will be granted for down-loadable software within 30 days of purchase for:

- Software not received due to our error
- Duplicate Purchases

BlackBerry Enterprise software and licensing is non-refundable once the order is placed. If you ordered the wrong license, contact customer service for assistance in ordering the correct license. Reimbursement for the original license will take 4-6 weeks to refund to your source of payment.
