Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST during the week will ship the same day from Orlando, FL. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.

Please verify your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Entering a bad or wrong shipping address will cause long delays. If the package gets returned to us, we can resend the package to a new address but you will be responsible for the original order plus and an additional shipping charges. The shipping carrier charges a fee to reroute, redirect and/or reship packages.

However, if you pay to send the item back to QWERTY Gadgets, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge.
